2KW Bar and Restaurant is situated on the rooftop of one of Adelaide’s most historically significant buildings. 2KW’s restaurant offers a menu designed to share, where Executive chef Sam Christopher’s passion for Native Australian ingredients and local produce is clear. 2KW’s Josper, the Spanish oven that runs on redwood and charcoal, is a trademark of the menu. Head Sommelier, Dan McEvoy, has curated a wine list with something for everyone and a wine for any occasion. The extensive list features almost 30 wines by the glass and over 800 by the bottle.
