Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of South Yarra, Atlas Dining offers a unique dining experience. Since its inception in 2016, this innovative restaurant has captivated the hearts and palates of food enthusiasts with its constantly changing menu.

Over the course of seven years, Charlie Carrington and his team have expertly crafted and served 18 distinct cuisines, transporting guests’ taste buds on an enchanting journey around the world. Each new menu showcases the unique flavours, ingredients and culinary traditions of a different country or region, delighting guests with unexpected delights and introducing them to unfamiliar gastronomic landscapes.

The menu changes on a seasonal rotation and reflects the team’s relationships with local farmers, growers and producers. For instance, for the latest Spanish menu, you will find dishes like Smoked Westholme Wagyu Brisket (MS 6+) with Pedro Ximénez and Celeriac, Jamón & Manchego Croquette, and Basque Cheesecake with Blood Orange.

Atlas Dining’s success lies not only in its ever-changing menu but also in its commitment to affordability. Despite the exceptional quality and innovation that characterise each dish, the restaurant remains accessible to all, ensuring that fine dining is not reserved solely for the privileged few. Year after year, Atlas Dining invites guests on an unforgettable culinary adventure that will challenge their preconceptions and awaken their senses. The choice of which culinary destination to showcase next is completely up to Charlie. The restaurant continues to revolve around countries he’s keen to explore and cuisines he’s interested to learn more about.
