Formerly a city dry cleaner’s abode, the transformation of the space is nothing short of remarkable. The only trace remaining of its past is a luminous sign outside, whimsically declaring “dry cleaners.” Within, a splendid panorama unfolds—a mezzanine level, a resplendent terrazzo bar, acoustic wall panelling that bares its soul, and the pièce de résistance—a majestic, elongated archway gracefully traversing the room’s expanse.



At the core of this ethereal sanctuary lies a profound commitment to local produce, epitomised by a repertoire of over 400 minimal-intervention wines. Culinary artistry emerges as a symphony, combining elevated techniques with unpretentious flair. Executive Chef, Peter Orr, has carved his legacy.


Delights such as Raw Kingfish, Black Truffle Risotto, Blue Swimmer Crab Pasta, and Braised Oyster Blade dance on the palate, each dish a testament to his craft.
