Situated in the heart of the city, this remarkable dining establishment offers a one-of-a-kind experience. Housed within the historic Menzies Hotel that dates back to the early 20th century, the architecture itself is a masterpiece, featuring a stunning blend of Art Nouveau and Art Deco styles. The exterior boasts intricate detailing and ornate sculptures, showcasing the craftsmanship of a bygone era.


The interior design is by Woods Bagot, who have given each level of the building its own individuality with theatre and escapism at the core. Their design is an anthology in which every space tells a story.


The menu by Culinary Director, Joel Bickford and Head Chef, Aaron Ward focuses on carefully sourced produce, presenting simple, refined dishes that are infused with Australian provenance yet bear the mark of the Mediterranean way of life. It is a celebration of fine dining, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers.


The talented chefs skilfully craft each dish, combining traditional techniques with innovative flavours to create culinary masterpieces that delight the palate. From succulent seafood dishes to artfully prepared vegetarian options, the menu caters to a range of tastes and dietary preferences.
